YENGE HEALTH CENTRE

Yenge Medical Clinic offers its services in the fields of curative medical care, laboratory tests, pharmacy, delivery ward, infant and child care and community leadership. Health programs include: monthly parenting and child health meeting, sanitary education for primary school students, HIV/AIDS prevention, and distribution of anti-malarial mosquito nets. Community development is provided through a micro credit program and small scale market garden and fowl project.

Last year SDIA coordinated support for the purchase of two clinic buildings in DR Congo that are owned by Susila Dharma-DR Congo and leased to two clinics run by Yenge Health Centre. We are happy to receive the first pictures showing the services by the Yenge Project in the new clinic building. Congratulations to Zola Ferdinand and his team for the maternal health services they provide to women and children in Kinshasa.
